CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM, CHECK-OUT: 11 AM – ($10 charge for lost keys)

CANCELLATIONS:
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will forfeit the confirmation fee unless the property is fully rebooked. No refunds will be made for early departure.

RATES, TERMS & CONDITIONS are subject to change without notice.

VIOLATION of any federal or state law, company policy or house rule is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.

ROOM TAX is charged in addition to nightly rates on units affected by city or county requirements.

MINIMUM STAY: 2 nights are required, 3-4 night minimum on holidays.

Summer rates are valid May 15 – October 30.
